NEW FEATURE Streamline feed management using WeighComp Contracts: Managing feed contracts just got easier with the new Contracts feature in WeighComp. This optional feature is designed for dairies that purchase ingredients from third-party suppliers and need to track one or more supplier agreements.
Create, track, and assign contracts directly in PULSE, eliminating the need for manual spreadsheets or paper tracking. Manually tracking these agreements can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Use Contracts to keep fulfillment records centralized, accurate, and up-to-date:
- Reduce manual entry: Automatically import Dry Matter (DM) and cost details when you link a load to a contract.
- Improve accuracy: View a running balance of remaining tons to ensure every contract is fulfilled at the agreed-upon price.
- Centralize data: Manage all vendor, product, and pricing details in one place for better reporting and reconciliation.
